Before founding RevEng, Carmen held global leadership positions at LinkedIn and SAP, where he led GTM strategy and revenue operations for LinkedIn's Media Line of Business and served as Global Vice President of Sales Incentive Compensation Strategy at SAP. His enterprise experience combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, having driven transformation initiatives across marketing, sales, and operations functions. Carmen is known for bridging strategic vision with operational excellence, designing and implementing integrated business solutions that deliver sustainable growth.

A certified expert in digital strategy and marketing operations, Carmen brings additional expertise through his certifications in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Data Analysis.
When not driving client success, Carmen enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs (a chiweenie and a mini doxie), reading, and cheering on his beloved Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field.
Quang Do brings 18 years of diverse experience in management consulting, finance, marketing, and change management to his role as Partner at RevEng Consulting. Known for his strategic vision and pragmatic expertise, Quang has partnered with Fortune 500 executives across industries—including technology, media, business services, consumer goods, fitness, and manufacturing—to deliver transformative solutions that drive measurable growth.
Before joining RevEng, Quang was a Principal at The Alexander Group, where he led over 100 engagements advising CEOs, CROs, CHROs, and PE Operating Executives on go-to-market strategies, organizational design, and business transformation. He is recognized for breaking down silos to solve complex challenges and designing solutions that improve performance, enhance customer retention, and accelerate profitable revenue growth. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles at Chevron, including in Investor Relations, and completed internships at Ford Motor Company and Eaton Corporation.

Quang holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, an MS from Michigan’s School for Environment and Sustainability, and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He is also a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP).
Since 2019, Quang has mentored Cal Poly business students through The Executive Partners Program at the Orfalea College of Business, sharing executive and entrepreneurial insights to support career development.
Outside of work, Quang enjoys time with his wife and son and is an avid student of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts.
