Understanding the trends in the real estate market in terms of quantity of home sales and median home sales values was critical. The cost-per-lead for real estate is considerably higher than other industries so we wanted to ensure that the return on investment worked for their financial goals.
Google Search Keyword Research
Understanding the upwardtrending real estate markets was only one piece of the puzzle. We then researched what prospective buyers were searching on Google. We were then able to design Google Search Campaigns based on target zip code and including only those high-quality keywords and search terms.
Design, Execute, and Optimize
Finally, we launched five Google Search campaigns. By monitoring and optimizing, including removing and adding keywords, the campaigns continued to perform with a Cost Per Click roughly half of the benchmarked cost.
